About Me

Hi! I’m Jen. My goal and higher purpose in life is to make 100 quilts. Not sure what will happen if/ when I get there, but thanks for following along and supporting my journey. I’m making this online portfolio because I love my quilts so much (even when I don’t like them) and I want to memorialize each one in detail. I want to look back on each quilt and remember what I learned and what I was going through.

I like to say “measure once cut twice” so I can leave room for error and see where the quilt will take me.

The Shop

I occasionally will add things I’ve made to my online shop, so check in regularly! I am also selling the fabric and quilting supplies that I use and recommend for my own quilting. It helps fund this project and also gives me a little boost of happy anytime I get an order:) I really appreciate your support!

The Name

I like the idea of having a goal in the name of my studio. It’s like I’m manifesting every time I say it. I can’t say that quilting was love at first sight, but I know I fell in love #6. It came and rescued me at a time when I was feeling down and purposeless. Each quilt feels like I’m working towards something and when I decided on 100 quilts I felt like I would never run out of purpose again.

My advice to anyone out there feeling stuck: pick a goal and enjoy the process! (ie make a quilt)
